In addition to these changes the Outlook conference room names will also be changed the week of March 23rd in order to comply with university name change requests.This affects locating the name when including the conference room when scheduling meetings.

SES File Server Users,
During the past several months Technology Services has provisioned a new file server that will enhance and better serve the environments growing data demands.
As result, the SES file server will be unavailable and undergo a name change from \\bl-ense-oesfile\sesto \\ADS\SES\)on Friday May 1st, 2009 @ 5pm.All services will again resume Saturday May 2nd, 2009 late that afternoon with the new name.
IMPACT OF CHANGES:
As result of these changes ALL users accessing SES internal and SES_External data will need to adjust their drive mappings from \\bl-ense-oesfile\sesto \\ADS\SES.The new file server location is active, however the data does not yet represent the current production data.
