Contacting the Help Desk
The best way to contact the Help Desk is to complete the Problem Report Form.
When completing the form, be sure to be as detailed as possible about the type of problem you are having. Some questions to keep in mind are: "What process are you attempting to complete?" and "Are you getting any specific error messages?" Please be as thorough and specific as possible when reporting the issue. If you have trouble accessing or completing the Problem Report Form, contact us at sishelp@indiana.edu.
The SIS Help Desk's hours of support are 8am to 5pm.
