The best way to contact the Help Desk is to complete the Problem Report Form.
When completing the form, be sure to be as detailed as possible about the type of problem you are having. Some questions to keep in mind are: "What process are you attempting to complete?" and "Are you getting any specific error messages?" Please be as thorough and specific as possible when reporting the issue. If you have trouble accessing or completing the Problem Report Form, contact us at

Training
To view the monthly training schedule for SIS training,
click the Training Calendar link on the left. This will display a printable calendar.
To view course descriptions, click the Course Descriptions link on the left.
To register for a class, click the Register for Training link on the left.
To print training materials for your class, click the Print 9.0 Training Materials link on the left. The
training materials should be available at least one day
prior to your class.
To view job aids, tutorials and online help, click the SIS 9.0 Online Help link on the left. This site contains online documentation for the Student Information System (SIS).
To view the job aids for the various applications, click SIS 9.0 Job Aids. The menu that opens will list each SIS application area (for example, Academic Advising, Admissions, Campus Community, Student Records, etc).
Once you click on an SIS application homepage (such as Student Records) you will find menus listing various topics for that application area. When you click a link to view the procedures, you will move to a menu page which lists each documented procedure related to the particular topic you chose. To view the actual procedure, click on the title of the procedure. This opens and displays a page that lists the procedural steps and other important information for you.
There are also links in the menu on the left which allow you to navigate to the glossary, student self-service information and the navigation tutorials. The Student Self-Service information provides documents of specific interest to students.
SIS Navigation Tutorials are a set of short online tutorials that will enable you to quickly learn how to navigate through the SIS. The Glossary allows you to search for terms/words that be may unfamiliar to you.
