SIS 9.0 Administrative, Faculty, Student Centers
This class is intended for administrative staff who have access to a student's biographic, demographic, and academic information. It is also for faculty who have access to class rosters, class schedules and grade rosters. In addition, there will be an overview of what the students see in the Student Center. This class will also cover assigning and removing Service Indicators and/or Class Permissions for those who need to do this.

Degree Analysis & AAR Orientation
This is a prerequisite to the Degree Audit Programming class sequence.
You will be oriented to the Advisement Report and its integration with SIS,
and begin the process of mapping out how to program the AAR.

This class will cover the fundamentals of programming a degree audit.
Topics included are: how to set up Course Lists, how to create Requirements
and Requirement Groups, things to consider and methods of building a degree,
practical examples of degree analysis, All Stats vs. Verify, Print Controls,
how to copy CLs, RQs and RGs, Text Only Requirements, Display Select, Exception
concepts, Best Practices and Style Sheets. This class is intended for new
Degree Audit Programmers. It is not for those currently programming.

This class will cover these Degree Audit Programming concepts: Choice
Resolution, Partition Sharing, Repeat Courses, Count Attempt Flags, Milestones,
Entity Groups, Course Share Sets, Residency & Course Counting, Global
Limits, Local Limits, Splitting, Pre-conditions, What-ifs, Planner, Register
by Requirements, Summary reports and IUIE reports.

Degree Audit Exception Processing
This course is for those who will be processing course directives or override
exceptions into the students Degree Audits in SIS. This training is designed
as a series of hands-on exercises. As designed, participants will follow
along with the instructor. Test students will be used to create exceptions
to the degree requirements for their program and plans.

This course is designed for individuals who access student financials account information. This course covers topics such as viewing charge and payment information at various levels of detail, completing customer inquiries, and answering customer questions. You must speak to the IUPUI Bursar to take this course.
