PeopleSoft 3C's:Communications, Checklists, and Comments
3C Overview
The 3C's, Communications, Checklists, and Comments, are used to track interactions with students and organizations. Communication Management is used to manage all incoming and outgoing communications and contacts. Checklist Management is used to create communications lists and lists of requirements and monitor their status. At IU, some campuses will also be using Checklist Management as a way to streamline the assignment of communications. Comments are used to attach notes to the records of students and organizations
