Current Checklists
You can see what your campus currently has available as Communication Checklists by accessing the IUIE.
To access your checklists, follow these instructions:- Logon to the IUIE. (If you are not currently registered for the IUIE, you can do so by clicking on the Registration button.)
- Choose the Catalog tab
- Choose Master Catalog
- Choose Student Folder, then Student Enrollment Services Folder, then Control Tables Folder
- Choose Checklist Table
- Choose Download Option 2 (Save to Disk)
- Choose Save to Disk
- Save in C:
- Name the document Checklist Table (date)
- Save as Type: Microsoft Excel Worksheet
- A dialogue Box will inform you the download is complete and ask you if you want to open Excel at that point
- If you do not open the file at that point, you can open the file later by: Go to File Menu. Choose Open.
- Look in C:
- If necessary, change Files of Type to Microsoft Excel Worksheet
- Select Checklist Table (date)
- Open
- A series of Text Wizard Boxes comes up. Leave defaults and click Next and then Finish. Table opens in an Excel Spreadsheet.
- Table opens in an Excel Spreadsheet.
- Format columns so that you can see entire text.
