Current Communications

You can see what your campus currently has available as Communication Items by accessing the IUIE.

To access your communication items, follow these instructions:

Logon to the IUIE. (If you are not currently registered for the IUIE,
you can do so by clicking on the Registration button.)
Choose Master Catalog
Choose Student Enrollment Services, then Control Tables folder
Choose Communication Speedkey Table
Choose Download Option 2 (Save to Disk)
Choose Save to Disk
Save in C:
Name the document Comm Speedkey Table (date)
Save as Type: Microsoft Excel Worksheet
A dialogue Box will inform you the download is complete and ask you if you want to open Excel at that point
If you do not open the file at that point, you can open the file later by: Go to File Menu. Choose Open.
Look in C:
If necessary, change Files of Type to Microsoft Excel Worksheet
Select Comm Speedkey Table (date)
Open
A series of Text Wizard Boxes comes up. Leave defaults and click Next and then Finish. Table opens in an Excel Spreadsheet.
Table opens in an Excel Spreadsheet.
Format columns so that you can see entire text.
Sort table by Institution and then by Descr so that you can see your campus items in alphabetical order.
