Run by Specific Academic Subjects Only

This report is run in the IUIE and pulls courses based upon institution and subject.

IUIE: (Master Catalog) Student > Records > Course Catalog > Standard Queries > Course Catalog

Goal:	To retrieve all Physics courses at the Bloomington Campus	To retrieve the MATH-M courses at IUPUI and South Bend	To retrieve all BIOL-B courses

*Course Subject Like:*	PHYS%
*Course Date(MM/DD/YYYY):*	01/01/1901	01/01/1901	01/01/1901

Select the Output Format of your choice: Formatted Text, MS Excel, MS Word

Select the Output Destination. (This will generally be set to “Send Output to Completed Reports.”)

Click Run.

The report will take a few minutes to run.

Go to My Catalog, Completed Reports. Click on the report.

Choose Download. Then, a prompt to Open or Save appears. Click Open.

A listing of the active courses will then appear. The last column, “Campus Where Course Offered (Term That Course Was Last Offered),” provides you the last offered information by campus and term.

Example: BL (3898), SB (N/A)

This means that Bloomington last offered the course in the Fall of 1989 and that South Bend never offered the course on their schedule.
